You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the EU/EEA) to use this Service. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. ArborSage uses artificial intelligence to generate responses, guidance, and educational content. AI-generated content is for informational and reflective purposes only. It does not constitute professional psychological, medical, financial, legal, or therapeutic advice. Always consult a qualified professional for such matters. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of AI-generated content.
Digital products are delivered electronically upon successful payment via Stripe. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated. We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on digital products. To request a refund, contact support@arborsage.com within 30 days of purchase with your order details. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

You retain ownership of content you create on the platform (reflection journal entries, quiz responses, etc.). By using our Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and process your content solely to provide the Service. We will not share your private journal entries with third parties. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service; (c) use automated tools to scrape or extract data; (d) impersonate any person or entity; (e) transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content; or (f) interfere with the integrity or performance of the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Certain features of the Service, including but not limited to our chat assistant, are powered by artificial intelligence. By using these features, you acknowledge that:
A consent notice is displayed before your first chat interaction. By clicking "I Understand — Start Chat," you expressly consent to the recording and processing of your chat messages as described in our Privacy Policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Taciturn Studios LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) $50 USD.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Taciturn Studios LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time via your profile settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
