5. Purchases and Refunds

Digital products are delivered electronically. We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. To request a refund, contact [email protected] within 30 days of purchase. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.

All content on ArborSage, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of ArborSage and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

You retain ownership of content you create (journal entries, etc.). By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content to provide the Service. We will not share your private journal entries with third parties.

ArborSage shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months.
